Idle Hands runs under the umbrella  of  the 501 (c)(3) organization Picking Up the Pieces, located in Ocala, FL and was established in 2020 by our founder Michelle Pepin.

Picking up the pieces started as a Facebook group for mourning family's who has lost a loved one due to fentanyl poisoning. She started this all after the tragic loss of her son, Ian. The Facebook group has grown, and now helps saves peoples lives, as well as help family's grieving with the loss of a loved one. Picking Up the Pieces helps the community through: addiction advocacy, harm reduction, proper Narcan training, community outreach and so much more.
